SHIPPING INFORMATION

How do you ship your plants?

Each one of our plants is shipped bare root and carefully wrapped in tissue paper. By wrapping the plants, we minimize leaf damage and allow the right amount of oxygen inside. This ensure that your plants arrive looking perfectly!

Which shipping service should I select?

We highly recommend USPS Priority Shipping. Every plant we offer does very well when shipped USPS Priority Shipping, which is 2 or 3 day shipping, depending on your location. Orders shipped Priority will have a tracking number.

Does shipping hurt the plants?

After shipping tens of thousands of plants, we’ve developed packing methods that ensure the absolute safest shipping possible for our plants. Because plants are living things, they do, occasionally, show signs of stress after being shipped. Fortunately, if, and when, these signs of stress appear, the plant will be back to normal in a matter of days. Our care guide will help walk you through everything you’ll need to know.

What do I do if my plants arrived damaged?

Let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to replace any plant that arrives damaged when provided evidence of such damage. If the exact plant is no longer available, we will send a plant of equal value as a replacement.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.  However, if you receive a damaged plant, just let us know within 8 hours of delivery confirmation and we’ll have a replacement out to you in no time!
